According to the working principle, the laboratory sieve shaker can be divided into a two-dimensional mechanical sieve shaker and a three-dimensional electromagnetic sieve shaker. The two-dimensional mechanical sieve shaker is suitable for screening large samples of particles and the three-dimensional electromagnetic sieve shaker is suitable for screening ultra-fine powder and is now an instrument and equipment widely used in laboratories.

It is designed with panel control of the start switch and timer, which is easy to operate and convenient to use. The standard sieve shaker models have corresponding fixtures. It can be installed with 1 to 8 layers of sieves, and multiple samples can be decomposed for the materials tested. With integrated circuit control, the amplitude, frequency, and vibration mode can be adjusted.

Working Principle

The working principle of the sieve shaker is relatively simple, that is, it simulates the artificial use of vibration to drive the sample, and the sample is sieved on the sieve while in motion. There are two modes of vibration: two-dimensional vibration and three-dimensional vibration. Two-dimensional vibration is usually a mechanical vibration, which relies on a motor and an eccentric to drive the screen. There are various methods, like horizontal straight line, horizontal circular, vertical up and down, etc., and three-dimensional vibration. It’s electromagnetic vibration. The electromagnetic coil at the bottom of the instrument uses the discharge to control the screen surface to vibrate. The specimen makes a three-dimensional throwing motion with a wider range of motion and more efficient screening.
