Qingdao Decent Group custom-designed a mobile container lab for Bureau Veritas’ commodity service department. This innovative Shock-Absorbing Containerized Laboratory seamlessly integrates various equipment, including a dust removal system, drying oven, small jaw crusher, overweight jaw crusher, pulverizer, standard sieve shaker, operation workbench, and electronic balance station.

One of the project’s challenges was integrating a 2.5-ton industrial jaw crusher with a maximum feed particle size of 210mm and a processing capacity of 20 tons/hour. However, the strong eccentric vibration generated by the jaw crusher posed safety risks to other equipment and personnel, as it caused the entire container to shake.

To address this issue, our engineers devised a specialized shock absorption system that effectively eliminated the resonance problem. This innovative solution ensures that the jaw crusher operates smoothly without transmitting vibrations to the container laboratory. Notably, the flat washer on the base remains vibration-free and firmly in place, representing a significant technological advancement in our DECENT container design.
