Polypropylene fume hood is extremely corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy to load and unload. The PP fume hood is scientifically designed and ergonomic and is more suitable for the harsh environment and diverse experimental requirements of the laboratory.
The polypropylene (PP) fume hood has a removable structure, which can reduce the overall 3 cubic meters to 1 cubic meter. This is very convenient for transportation. It not only saves transportation costs but also facilitates on-site assembly.
The PP fume hood cabinet is made of a porcelain white polypropylene sheet, which is seamlessly welded. Polypropylene sheet has excellent acid and alkali resistance.
The deflector is made of a 5mm thick high-quality pure polypropylene plate. The installation size is scientific and reasonable, and the all-around step-less suction and exhaust gas capture have no dead ends. The angled design of the upper deflector ensures minimal eddy current generation, reduces noise, and protects the operator’s safety.
The operating table is made of an 8mm thick polypropylene table (optional physical and chemical board table). The front end of the console is designed with protrusions to prevent possible spillage.
The control panel is located on the right column, with lighting, fan, and air valve control switches.
The fume hood is equipped with 4 multi-functional splash-proof sockets in the laboratory.
The window of the glass lift door adopts 5mm thick tempered glass, which has high safety performance. Precise weights allow it to slide easily and stay precisely at any height. The connection between the counterweight and the glass window adopts a standard synchronous belt and synchronous wheel drive to ensure the horizontal lifting of the door frame and the safety of the user.
LED lights are used for lighting, which fully meets application needs.
The diversion clip, door handle, and hinge are all made of acid and alkali-resistant polypropylene material, which has good corrosion resistance.
