High Temperature Muffle Furnace
The maximum temperature of the DECENT 100 places muffle furnace can be adjusted up to 1500°C. The heating speed is very fast by silicon-molybdenum elements. On the lifting door of the high-temperature muffle furnace, there is also an observation window for watching the cupellation of lead buttons. Observation windows are equipped with fire-resistant glass, which can protect personnel from high-temperature radiation.

The muffle furnace’s performance and efficiency are improved by an oversized transformer that exceeds typical requirements. To enhance operator safety when operating the furnace, the controller responsible for regulating and monitoring its operation is positioned away from the assay furnace to prevent high-temperature burns. This separation ensures operator safety and prevents accidents.
