Qingdao Decent Group V Type Mixer has two types: high-efficiency mixing type and ordinary mixing type. The high-efficiency type mixer mainly mixes finer powder or materials with a small content of the main ingredient. The ordinary mixer is mainly suitable for general materials or enterprises with larger output.

Working Principle

Qingdao Decent Group V Type Mixer is equipped with a motor and a reducer at one end. The power of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through a belt. The reducer drives the V-type barrel to continuously run, so that the materials in the barrel are mixed upward, downward, left and right.

Unique Features of V Type Mixer

• The cylinder body is made of 2.5mm 304-2B stainless steel material, the outsourcing is made of 1.2mm 304-2B stainless steel material, and the bracket is made of 5# channel steel.
• The discharge valve is made of all stainless steel, and the connection is sealed with a shaped silicone rubber material to ensure the sealing effect of the machine when it is working.
• The feed inlet adopts the optional quick opening structure, which makes the user easy to operate when feeding and cleaning.
• Two stainless steel lead plates are welded at the joints on both sides of the cylinder body and polished so that there is no dead corner in the cylinder body to ensure that the mixer can achieve the desired effect during mixing and cleaning.
• There is a forced stirring device in the mixer.
