Detection of gold and silver using fire assay involves three processes: fusion, cupellation, and parting. A variety of equipment is used in these determination processes, including fusion furnaces, cupellation furnaces, crucible tumblers, crucible racks, crucible trolleys, crucible loaders, fire assaying tools, etc. Our engineers carefully designed and integrated all the equipment needed for fire assaying into a 40-foot container. Besides providing enough space to conduct the fire assaying in the container, the clever design is also able to ensure the safety of the container and the fire assayer.

All fire assay equipment is all modular and prefabricated for container space, which can be composed of different fire assay assemblies according to the detection purpose. We design different solutions in advance so that we can quickly complete them and deliver them to customers in accordance with their requirements.
