Characteristics of alumina/corundum porcelain crucible

The Basic Process Of Alumina/Corundum Crucible
At present, our factory’s alumina crucibles with a capacity of 50KG-1000KG are all made in the form of pouring. The main material of the corundum crucible is neutral refractory corundum mullite. The corundum crucible is usually used at a temperature of 1600 degrees. 1. Open the mold according to the size of the drawing 2. Fully mix the aggregate and fine powder according to the formula 3. The slurry is poured into the mold and placed on a horizontal vibrating device to vibrate densely 4. Take off the outer mold after standing still for a period of time, and make it smooth by hand 5. Take off the inner mold and decorate the heart by hand 6. After being fully air-dried, it is fired in the kiln. The kiln temperature is based on the actual use temperature, that is to say, the kiln temperature must be higher than the actual use temperature The above are large crucibles, and small cup-shaped crucibles are mainly formed by machine stamping.
